Dear Neighbors, Friends, residents of Malverne and Malverne Business Owners;
We like you to know that the Malverne Civic Association has been quite active and looking to grow, increase our Membership and expand our range of activities!
We welcome you to join us in making Malverne the best it can be! We welcome your input, suggestions and most of all, your membership. Without a strong membership, the Malverne Civic Association cannot achieve our goals. We realize that today, everyone is trying to stretch their hard-earned money as far as they can, which is why the membership fee is only $10 per household per year. That's right, only $10 per year.
What have we done with our membership fees?
We currently provide new Malverne Residents with a "Welcome Book" which includes a wealth of information about the Village of Malverne, LIRR information, Merchant information, as well as information on the many organizations that call Malverne "home".
We sponsor the annual "e-Cycle" and "Secure Document Shredding" event in town where you can bring in your old electronics for proper, eco-friendly disposal as well as Document Shredding truck where you can watch your sensitive documents get shredded so that your personal information doesn't fall into the wrong hands.
We sponsor several "Meet and Greet" get-togethers in town where we welcome you to join us for free appetizers and discounted drinks (and with a chance to win a Gift Certificate to the hosting restaurant).
These are a few of the regular things that we do, but we also do a lot more. So please, continue to check our website, submit your email address if you'd like to be included on our email distribution list (this list is kept confidential and is not shared with any other organization).
Please give serious consideration to joining the Malverne Civic Association. We’ve streamlined the process and the fee structure to just $10 per home per year.
